Product Warranty for Pinnacle Chrono

At Pinnacle Chrono, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest caliber of luxury horology and an exceptional ownership experience. To ensure your complete satisfaction and provide total peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 1-Year Mechanical Service Warranty on all eligible timepiece purchases.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and internal movement workmanship of your timepiece under normal use and conditions. The warranty period is active for twelve (12) months beginning on the exact date of purchase from Pinnacle Chrono.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty strictly excludes coverage for external components, cosmetic changes, and damage resulting from improper care. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including drops, heavy impacts, and excessive force.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or lack of proper maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear inherent to wearing a luxury watch, such as surface scratches, minor scuffs, or natural fading of metal, leather, or rubber finishes.
  • Damage caused by moisture or water infiltration if the timepiece was not worn, sealed, or maintained according to the original manufacturer's strict water resistance guidelines.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, tampering, structural modifications, or service performed by third-party watchmakers or independent service centers.
  • Consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of financial income, or personal inconvenience.
  • Quartz batteries, unless the watch is under active warranty and the battery failure is directly attributed to a primary underlying mechanical defect.

How to Initiate Warranty Service

To initiate a formal warranty claim, please connect with our service department directly. Our team will review your file and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with secure, detailed instructions on how to safely package and ship your watch to our dedicated service center. Unauthorized shipments sent without an active RMA will not be accepted into our secure vault.

Our Responsibility

In the event of a valid and approved warranty claim, Pinnacle Chrono will, at its sole discretion, mechanically repair the internal defect or replace the timepiece with an identical or comparable model. We will cover the complete cost of secure, fully insured return shipping for the serviced or replaced watch back to your designated address.

Important Terms and Conditions

  • This warranty is entirely non-transferable and applies strictly to the original client who purchased the timepiece from Pinnacle Chrono.
  • Proof of purchase, including the original sales invoice or digital receipt, is mandatory for all warranty claims.
  • Pinnacle Chrono reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the terms of this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
