Pinnacle Chrono sells and sources the Rolex Datejust for buyers across Fort Lauderdale. It is the most configurable watch Rolex makes and the most commonly traded, which means availability is good and the decision is really about specification. Independent dealer, not an authorized Rolex dealer. Enquiries by phone and email with insured delivery across Broward County. Price on request.
The one Rolex that is actually available
Most Rolex demand in this market runs into allocation. The Datejust largely does not. Supply is broad, the secondary market is deep, and a buyer who knows what they want can usually have it quickly. That changes the nature of the conversation: instead of waiting for a reference, the work is narrowing down which of several hundred configurations is the right one.
It also makes the Datejust the most common trade-in in Victoria Park and Coral Ridge, and the piece most often bought as a first serious watch or a gift.
Specifying a Datejust
| Choice | Options |
|---|---|
| Case size | 41mm, 36mm, 31mm and smaller |
| Metal | Oystersteel, two-tone Rolesor, full gold |
| Bezel | Smooth, fluted, diamond-set |
| Bracelet | Oyster, Jubilee, President-style on some variants |
| Dial | Plain, fluted motif, palm, wimbledon, stone, diamond |
The Wimbledon dial, slate grey with green roman numerals, is the single most requested variant and the one most often meant when someone asks for "the green Datejust".

Two-tone in a hot climate
Two-tone Rolesor sells strongly in South Florida and wears differently here than in cooler markets. Gold centre links show wear faster than steel, and sunscreen and salt accelerate it. It is worth checking clasp and link condition closely on any two-tone example that has lived locally, and worth considering full gold or full steel if the watch will be worn daily on the water.
Every watch is authenticated and serviced before sale, with box-and-papers status stated per piece. Membership of Jewelers of America, the Jewelers Board of Trade and the IWJG.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Rolex Datejust easy to buy?
Easier than the steel sports references. Supply is broad and the secondary market is deep, so most configurations can be found quickly. Rarer dial and bezel combinations still take a search.
What is a Wimbledon Datejust?
A Datejust with a slate grey dial and green roman numerals, named after the tournament Rolex sponsors. It is the most requested dial variant in the line.
36mm or 41mm?
The 41mm suits most modern buyers and wears close to a sports Rolex. The 36mm is the classical proportion and has come back strongly. Wrist size matters less than which look is wanted, and both are readily available.
Is Pinnacle Chrono an authorized Rolex dealer?
No. Pinnacle Chrono is an independent dealer in Fort Lauderdale and is not an authorized dealer for Rolex or any other brand carried.
