Submariner references held in hand are in the Submariner collection and under in stock. If it is not listed, it is sourced.

Hulk 116610LV market price

The Rolex Hulk 116610LV trades at approximately $18,000 to $25,000 for a complete set, with unworn examples still carrying factory stickers at the top of that range and above it. The reference retailed at around $9,000 when Rolex ended production in 2020, peaked well past $30,000 in 2022, and has held its current band since. Examples without box and papers trade below the range.

What the Hulk is

The Hulk is the Submariner Date 116610LV: 40mm Oystersteel case, green sunburst dial with maxi hour markers, green Cerachrom ceramic bezel with platinum-filled numerals, calibre 3135 with a 48-hour reserve, 300m water resistance. Rolex introduced it at Baselworld 2010 to mark the Submariner's fiftieth anniversary, replacing the 16610LV Kermit, which had a green aluminium bezel on a black dial. It is the only Submariner ever made with both a green dial and a green bezel. In 2020 the 41mm 126610LV took its place with a black dial, so the all-green configuration ended after ten years.

Buying a discontinued Hulk

The Hulk is the most requested discontinued Submariner and one of the most counterfeited watches in circulation. A genuine 116610LV does not trade below the mid-teens in 2026, so a listing far under that is the first warning. Pinnacle Chrono sources the Hulk from a worn-with-papers example through to an unworn full set, states the condition and card date on each quote, and lets the buyer choose the price point. The rest of the discontinued list is on the hard-to-find watches page.

Why buy a Hulk from Pinnacle Chrono

Every Hulk is authenticated before it is offered: serial on the rehaut, dial sunburst and lume, the exact green of the Cerachrom insert and its platinum numerals, cyclops magnification, calibre 3135, bracelet and clasp code, checked against the reference as described on the authentication page. Memberships: Jewelers of America, the Jewelers Board of Trade, the IWJG. Rates are competitive, quotes are written, shipping is insured for the full value.

How sourcing a Hulk works

  1. Send the reference, the condition band wanted and whether a complete set is required, via the enquiry form or by phone.
  2. The dealer and collector network is searched and a specific Hulk is quoted with photographs. A timeframe is not promised on a reference that has been out of production for six years.
  3. On approval the watch is authenticated, serviced if it needs it, and shipped insured.

Full process on how watch sourcing works. A current Submariner can be traded toward the Hulk via sell or trade your watch.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a Rolex Hulk?

A Rolex Hulk Submariner 116610LV costs approximately $18,000 to $25,000 for a complete set on the secondary market, against a final retail price of around $9,000. Unworn full sets trade higher. Pinnacle Chrono in Fort Lauderdale sources the Hulk to order and quotes each piece individually.

Is the Rolex Hulk discontinued?

Yes. Rolex discontinued the 116610LV in 2020 after ten years of production and replaced it with the black-dial 126610LV. No Submariner with a green dial has been made since, so every Hulk is a secondary-market purchase.

What is the difference between the Hulk and the Kermit?

The Hulk (116610LV, 2010 to 2020) has a green sunburst dial and a green ceramic bezel. The Kermit (16610LV, 2003 to 2010) has a black dial and a green aluminium bezel. The current 126610LV, called Starbucks or Kermit by collectors, has a black dial and a green ceramic bezel in a 41mm case.

Why is the Hulk worth more than a new Submariner?

Fixed supply. Rolex made the Hulk for ten years and will not make another, while demand for the only all-green Submariner has kept rising. A current 126610LN can be sourced at retail or a modest premium; the Hulk cannot.

Does a sourced Hulk come with box and papers?

Set status and warranty-card date are stated on every quote. Complete sets carry the higher price; watch-only examples are offered at a lower figure.
